How to Apply

We will only consider written applications.

You should always hear back from us within 10 working days of making an application. If you have not heard within this time please call us to ensure we have received your application.

If we are unable to reach a decision within that time-frame we will let you know who is dealing with your application and when we expect to reach a decision.

If your application is unsuccessful we will, on request, provide you with feedback.

If you have a complaint about the way your application has been handled or about the outcome of a decision you should in the first instance write to the officer dealing with your application. If the matter is not resolved to your satisfaction you should then write to the Chief Executive setting out the circumstances and the nature of your complaint. The Chief Executive will investigate the matter and respond in writing.
