AS-LIVE COVERAGE OF DUNDEE UNITED V ABERDEEN SPL MATCH ON BBC ALBA
Football fans on Tayside and in the North East will tomorrow (Saturday 8 November) get the chance to view the Dundee United v Aberdeen SPL match ‘as-live’ on the new BBC ALBA television channel.
BBC ALBA is providing a premier sports package in association with MNE Media to provide coverage of one Clydesdale Bank Premier League match every Saturday night, on BBC ALBA over the next two seasons.
Tomorrow’s programme starts at 8pm and includes an exclusive interview with boxing promoter Tommy Gilmour as well as a football fan’s guide to a visit to Dundee.
Alan Esslemont, Head of Content for BBC ALBA said: “This is a tremendous sport package for all football fans on Tayside and in the North East who will be able to watch the entire match of their favourite team ‘as-live’ on Saturday night, from the comfort of their own home or local pub. We are delighted to be providing such an attractive football and sports package and coverage of one SPL game each Saturday has proved extremely popular.”
Tomorrow’s match will be broadcast as-live on BBC ALBA from 8pm – 10pm and can be viewed on Sky channel 168 and on Freesat channel 110.
